About Directory

The Almaty city directory «A-Business» is published since 1994.
Russian version is printed every 1,5-2 months.
English version is printed every year.

Printed directory prices:
• Russian - 400 tenge
• English - 400 tenge
• Offline version - 1000 tenge (Russian only!)

 

Firm registration

Publication of address data in Almaty Information System is paid.
Registration fee is 12000 tenge (in tenge): for one address in one section – you pay only once.
Additionally your info will be placed in the Offline directory and in the Paper directory in Russian and in English languages.
Time of publication is unlimited! – It means that your data will be in every subsequent publication of our directories.
Moreover, if you ever change your address or phone number or something else in your data, we will correct it free!
Address data includes:

• Organization title
• ZIP code / post index
• Street address, house and office numbers
• Nearest street name
• Phone numbers
• Fax numbers
• Other communication means: pager, e-mail, URL etc.
• Working hours
• Text explaining organization's activities (7-8 words)

Adding info to the multiple sections must be paid proportionate to quantity of sections.
You can add to printed directory:

• Branch office address after main office address - 6000 tenge (publication time is unlimited)
• Publish your company's logo (emblem) - 6500 tenge (for 1 year)
• Emphasize your info with a frame or with a bold type - 5000 tenge (for 1 year)

 

Examples

 

Advertising modules

• Black-and-white module, for 1 cm², 1 year: 400 tenge in Russian version or 225 tenge in the English version
• Color module, for 1 cm² for 1 year in Russian or in English versions: 406 tenge (minimum)

Discounts available for repeated module publications. Discount rate is 5 to 10 percents.
Free information registration available when published module size is over 100 cm².
You can correct Black-and-White module for every next directory edition without additional payment.
 

Advertising module size

Width for Black-and-White module can be: 8 cm, 12,5 cm and 17 cm;
Height – may vary from 6,2 cm to 25 cm.
Width for Color module can be: 9 cm or 18 cm;
Height – may vary from 5,5 cm to 27 cm.
Minimal size for Black-and-White module is: 50 cm² (8 x 6,2 cm), for color: 100 cm² (9 x 11 or 18 x 5,5 cm).
 

Advertising module file standards

We accept only these file formats:
TIFF – Grayscale for Black-and-White module or CMYK for Color module, 300-600 DPI,
CDR – up to 11th version, all text converted to curves or with embedded fonts, all color elements and bitmaps in CMYK.
File must be provided with printed module (1:1 scale), approved for publication with signature of responsible person and firm's stamp and date of approval.
